A "Qualified Person" designed "Personal Fall Restraint System" anchor for use on composition shingled roofs. Attaches in minutes to the nailing strip of a lifted shingle with up to eight screw fasteners per plate. Can be attached directly to 1/2" wood decking for temporary use or through 1/2' decking into rafters for permanent use.
